Unsuccesful delivery first to to consignee is not in the are, 2nd consignee is unknown? How does that happened? When the exact address was given already?

My parcel D8861352D was out for delivery since July 22 7am and I have nit received until now. They day residence closed. I was home and house has been open since 5am that day. I was have breakfast in our lounge at that time they said residence was closed and I hace been waiting since then.so where is my parcel?
