2go express delivered my parcel to a random person. I am one of the very few foreign nationals in the area. the photograph shows a Filipino that does not live at my address and is unknown to me. The parcel contained parts that are of use only to me. I have been waiting a long time for delivery. This is not the first time I have had problems with 2go express.

I have not received the item. The rider did not even bother to contact me. In the shopee app it was tagged delivered

What do you mean I'm not around? I waited for courier all day, I didn't see even the shadow of the courier, then I checked. It was returned bcause the consignee was not around. Wtf was that? Parcel is out for more than 4 hrs, it can be damaged by that handling procedure. Your courier wasn't even trying. Can I ask for an evidence of that to my email? I'm in my garage all day ffs. There's no way that's true. Fk. Please change your riders or deliveryman, it didn't do his job.

What do you mean by that? Shopee says unsuccessful. Taking the parcel at 12:00 and returned it to sorting center at 16:00 but I didn't even see a shadow of the courier. Did the courier even do the job? Please handle it with care. It's because of this a parcel can be damaged. Please deliver it next time. Omg.

1 month na yung inorder ko hanggang ngayong di parin dumadating 2GO ano na? At sana naman mag text muna kayo bago nyo i deliver yung parcel kasi nung last time na may inorder ako 2GO din yun bigla2 nalang dumating ng walang pasabe buti nalang di ako umalis ng bahay at may na itago pa akong pera. Paki ayos po ng service nyo. atsaka pa update nalang din po nung inorder ko thanks!

I did not received any call about my parcel being delivered. You had a very irresponsible courier!

Never attempted to deliver the package, never reached out to the customer. Very difficult to connect to customer care.
