No update of the parcel being dispatched. Tracking number was not sent to the receiver. When called via telephone (Davao Branch-Gaisano Mall) nobody pick it up to answer the call.

Riders are just tagging the parcel delivered but didnt deliver the parcel, maybe they took the parcel and they dont fill up their contact details
