Sobrang nkaka disappoint,nagbayad Ako Ng worth 656 tapos marerecieved ko pawang basahan lang.Kakarecieved kolang today kala ko Yun na Ang inorder ko na parcel sa SheIn kasi same amount nman bayaran ko in pla ukay ukay lang pala😡😡

Napakarude ng ugali ng rider, kung nabayaran muna pala yung item walang pakialam yung rider maideliver ng maayos o hindi. Ang sabi pa niya kapag defective ay ako na daw mismo ang magsosolusyon. What a rude!

I had a very bad experience with their rider. Bastos ang rider. I am willing to share my experience para madisiplinahan siya ng Flash Express. Kung di siya madidisiplinahan, masisira niya ang company ninyo.

Your rider did not attempt to deliver the items then mark customer unreachable .they will call you when you answer the call his not answering.when you call them they dont answer the phone.then mark nila ang items as cancel.very2 poor service of the rider.

Very poor service and their rider's making a false claims Raffel Pacaldo Rosell and Ian Pulvera Briguez that the buyer not on location and they're not even go to my area and i did'nt even receive any call or text from them! Why you making this kind of business if you can't handle properly! Maulaw pud tawun mo oi pulos bad review na lang mo! Please i deliver na tawun akung package

Change Flash Express to turtle delivery,slow like turtle you 1.kept changing the estimated delivery date when you already reached the target date.2. You’re rider not sending meassge or give a call to the recipient just tagged unreachable then take photo upload the order status without leaving their contact number,
