my package arrived to cebu ( perishable item) on dec 9th and tracking showed a delivery date of dec 13. Its dec 20 now and still have not received this ! Flash tracking and live chat is useless . i will never order anything from lazada that uses flash express again. Total imcopentence

My parcel was out for delivery Dec. 18 so I was at home the whole day pero walang tumawag or nag-text sa courier tapos pagka-check ko sa Lazada delivery failed because customer cannot be contacted? May proof of delivery pero di naman from address ko. Tumawag daw pero wala naman akong natanggap na tawag. Ako pa ang ang nag-call sa kanila. I also texted them 10 minutes bago yung “supposed” call nila sa akin. Dec. 12 ko pa in-order, sobrang late na, dinaig ang overseas. Di ko maintindihan bakit pinapatronize pa rin sila ng sellers at ng online apps.

A totally incompetent and nonsense courier, suggest hire professional managers, especially here in Cebu!!! They received the package from Lazada Dec 5, Today Dec 16 they still haven't delivered. In my opinion, this is a useless company that does not care about its customers!

Ordered from Shopee last Oct. 10, from a seller based in Navotas. My parcel arrived at the delivery hub in my area, and was due to be delivered last Friday, Oct. 14. It is now Monday, Oct. 17, and I have yet to hear from Flash Express. First time I've had the misfortune of being in a transaction with this courier, and it definitely left a bad first impression. I do hope I never get into ordering an item and getting Flash Express as the courier again. Very disappointed.
