They mark in their own tracking page that they have called, but they haven't call at all. They say that customer unreachable, but the driver never visited or called or sent a text. The driver do not answer phone or text messages. This courier company is is the worst possible with zero customer friendly style.

Lousiest courier service I ever seen during last 50 years. They give a driver phone number, which is never on. They have the parcel in their hub for 2 weeks and still not been able to deliver. They "try to deliver" and but they don't, they just mark "customer unreachable", which is a big lie. Their live chat makes you to wait a hour for your turn but it will not make any good. They really do not want customers to bother them.

No message notif about the parcel arrived. My phone unable to received a call. There's no message info about the parcel arrived. In the 1st attempt im the one advising your rider that I'm not able to receive due to medical check up. But today the 2nd attempt im waiting no message. What kind of management you had. Disappointed in your service.

ORDERED AN ITEM VIA LAZADA THEN SILA YUNG COURIER. NA MOVE LANG NG NA MOVE YUNG ESTIMATE DELIVERY DATE HANGGANG SA LUMAMPAS NA SA EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Yung dalawang parcel ko na Flash Express ang courier di na dumating. Wala man lang update. Di rin responsive ang Lazada. Ano ba nangyari? Nag strike ba ang mga delivery riders?

I have nothing but trouble with Flash Distress, orders are late, damaged, missing etc. They also lie, they will claim they tried to deliver or contact me, when I'm in a subdivision, guards will receive my deliveries any time.
