I was not home when my parcel was delivered. I just received a text from my parents that they received my parcel and they were asked to pay for the parcel to be released. Based on the tracker, no taxes or duties to be paid but they were still asked to pay 210 pesos. The courier didn't even issue a receipt for the payment. What kind of scam is this?

The processing of my parcel has been extremely slow and frustrating. The issue (valuation/proof of purchase) is very straightforward and could have been resolved within a day or two, especially since I have already provided all the required documents. However, there has been no visible progress, and it seems that no actual action is being taken. Instead, I only receive generic, boilerplate responses that do not address the situation or provide a clear timeline. I hope the team can improve their responsiveness and efficiency, as this kind of delay and lack of concrete updates is very disappointing.

The handling of my parcel has been very disappointing. The issue is simply valuation, and I have already submitted all the required documents, yet there has been no meaningful progress for several days. This type of process should only take one to two days at most, but it appears that no action is being taken. Instead, I am receiving generic, copy-paste responses that do not address the actual concern or provide any clear timeline. It honestly feels like the case is just being left unattended. This reflects poor efficiency and lack of proper follow-through. I expect better handling and more concrete updates moving forward.
