It’s been undelivered for 6 days now. No one called, it says incomplete address but I placed the correct address! I understand if they did not know how to get to my house, that’s why there’s a number to contact but no one contacted me. Up until now, my parcel is in the hub. It’s already paid and I’m worried it may get damaged by now already, or lost, or it might get returned to sender. I already paid it! There’s not even a customer support number I can contact to or a direct branch number.

I hate this courier I experienced this super delay service twice my parcel has been stacked in pulilan delivery team for 3 days already and no progress at all I hope you make actions with this!

9/15/25 10:40 a.m. out for delivery 9/15/25 18:35 p.m. delivery team again no delivery attemps, no txt no calls. no ways to cantact the rider, no physical hubs in the area where i can personally pick up my package if your riders are too lazy.

I HOPE RIDERS WILL KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE!!!!!! WE DIDNT RECEIVE ANY CALL AND TEXT BUT THE TRACKING SAYS FAILED DELIVERY!!!
