We are just 1 min away from metromanila but it takes 5 days to deliver the oarcel. So bad costomer service. This is my firts and last to have their services and not recomend to my friends and relatives about this cimpany.

Jusko isang beses lang tumawag na di ko nasagot(kasi busy that time) tas nagmessage naman ako 3mins after pero sumuko na pala rider sa paghahanap ng location. Maiintindihan ko kung madaming beses tumawag pero isa lang eh tas nagattempt daw ulit bandang hapon same reason unlocated daw pero no contact at all!! Ayun rts na sya banas, di ayusin eh. Never again na talaga boset

Notified "failed delivery" three times upon tracking my parcel when in fact, based on the official logbook of IPPF reservation area, no courier from GoGo express entered our vicinity.
