Ito yung una kong transaction na ang ginamit ay GOGO EXPRESS. Pero nakaka-asar na bakit nag-failed delivery without contacting me ng rider. no call or text, cancel agad. tapos mababasa ko na lang sa text na , POSTED STATUS : CONSIGNEE UNKNOWN LORIE GABRIEL. Kairita kase naghihintay ako na may tumawag or text pero wala. Noong una baka nagkaproblem lang pero ito nanaman. second time ko na at may another shipment ulit tapos failed nanaman. wala ulit text or call nanaman sa akin. E buong araw ko ngang hinihintay yung parcel. Paki-ayos ang serbisyo.

The item or parcel are indicating in tracking location is forwarded to koronadal and forwarded again in general santos why is it? My current location is in surallah south cotabato why is it in tracking location is forwarded in general santos? We are waiting about weeks how come ? the shipper said that is door to door? Is there any problem?

No one even called to ask if where is rhe adress then you will mark it as unknown residence. My house is in the main road highway. How can you get lost?
