May parcel na darating, I waited the whole day informing the rider to deliver in my apartment, umabot ng hapon, hindi ko napansin ang tawag o text ng rider, then I got a mocking text from the rider about everything! What a cruel services you have! Hope you will train your riders some manners in reply the clients message. Disappointing talaga, di lang to once, but almost nalang ganito.

Not on time,LBC bangued received my parcel on October 20, but not yet deliver, October 22 still not deliver my parcel.

Hindi man lang nagrereply sa mga chat at text, kahit sinabi ng halaman ang laman ng package. Hindi rin mapakisuyuan na kahit abangan nalang ang tracking! Poor service
