My parcel was never attempted to be delivered to me personally. It's so disappointing that when I checked its status using the tracking number, the parcel is already for return I contacted the number of the rider posted but they did not address the issue. They just told me that the rider was too lazy to deliver the item.

It’s been very difficult to get in touch with PhilPost Bohol, as there doesn’t seem to be any response via email or social media. It would really help if their communication channels were regularly monitored so people can get updates on their parcels. My item has been in Bohol for several days now with no delivery or notification. If they wanted us self-collect the items, it would have been helpful to be informed, rather than waiting without any updates.
