The documents sent to me are not delivered yet. I have trusted LBC eversince. This time, you failed me. When will you deliver my documents?

Document was supposed to be delivered last Friday as per the tracking number & in the app. Delivery man only messaged & didn't even call that he is in the area. Now this morning, the status changed that it is again out for delivery but no messages/calls was received from the delivery man & parcel status was changed to contact support center.

Ang tracking sytem ninyo hindi man lang updated. Ang bagal bagal pa ng services ninyo. May 19 pa dineliver ano na ngayon May 26 na. Mabagal kayo.
