In some cirrcumstances, the rider must be called, now this day, the rider can't contact & now, I feel embarras becuase my parcel returning to the seller with out single call from the rider this day, naghihintay naman ako but buglang ibalik, nakita ko nalang sa delivery notification, maka irita talaha

My parcel is out of delivery today but where is my parcel I didn't receive it . !! You're so shameless! And I didn't receive any calls ot text.

My parcel was never attempted to be delivered to me personally. It's so disappointing that when I checked its status using the tracking number, the parcel is already for return I contacted the number of the rider posted but they did not address the issue. They just told me that the rider was too lazy to deliver the item.

This delivery rider is not serious on delivering my parcel now it's last attempt tomorrow, and the audacity to send fake reply of me that I want to reschedule on the Lazada App.
