This is my first time experiencing this trouble, I already instructed the rider to deliver it directly to the address provided and we agreed this because I called him for re scheduling, but I think the rider did not have initiative or whatever reasons to deliver my parcel that's why he remarks there as failed due to customer is unreachable. But I already experience this with same scenario, but the rider really finds ways to deliver my parcel. I did not check out any item which I will not pay for it. Thank you
