No one in the local branch (Ozamiz City) actually came to my house yesterday. I was at home the whole day waiting for the actual delivery (expecting it based on the online tracking results). I got no text nor call from the rider assigned to deliver it door-to-door (should there be difficulty in locating the house). This is not the first delivery from LBC as I've been using this cargo company for quiet sometime. Also, my mobile contact number is clearly indicated in the tracking bill should the rider needs to get in touch with me.

My package is has not yet been received by my school and I need it as soon as possible since my form 137 is needed for my college application and it will close next week and my package is still in the delivery office
