They never deliver the parcel but in tracking my parcel they tell that attempt deliver but the recipient reschedule the delivery.

Your admin staff at MAMPANG JNT delivery hub is not responding to my message or calls. They asked me to POD my parcel so that they won't have penlatys.and they promises to deliver it the following day. They don't even message me for the status. Can u please contact them to deliver my parcel at the BARANGAY CANELAR. JUST LEFT IT THERE TO THE BARANGAY TANODS AND JUST TELL IT'S FOR REHMOND SABORDO THANK YOU it's been 2weeks.

my parcel was not delivered, never contacted me, when i tracked it they marked unsuccessfully delivery and unknown consignee, why like that???!!!!!
