Never delivered at the right spot !! More than 3 months in some warehouse waiting for someone to do something, very poor services, unqualified personal , not able to make decisions after receiving a package in the wrong City!! No communication with the Sender.

The rider, Ivan Comendador, attempted to deliver the package only once, and it was delivered in the evening when the office was already closed. I found out today that the package will no longer be delivered because it was rejected by the customer

THE DELIVERER RANG ME AND TEXTED ME, I COUDN'T ANSWER, BUT STILL I AM, I WAITED HERE BUT NO ONE DELIVERS IN OUR SCHOOL. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PARCEL, MONDAY FAILED TO DELIVER, I WAS HERE IN THE SCHOOL, I WAITED, BUT NO ONE COMES, TUESDAY WAS HOLIDAY I WASN'T HERE, WEDNESDAY, THERE IS A MASSAGE THAT IT WILL DELIVER TODAY, BUT IT STATED IN EMAIL, UNSUCCESSFUL, I AM HERE. Please next time Ninja Van Philippines rider especially the rider here in Sominot and Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur. You approach your customers with a little bit of understanding because many places here cannot received your messages nor calls instantly because some area's are struggling with the network signals. Also, please be approachable to your customers. Nakakawala po kayo nang respeto (Sominot and Midsalip rider). Very disappointing 😞.
