I came here to let you know about my experience with LBC Toledo. The delivery was not even attempted, yet the LBC tracking system stated: “We tried to deliver your shipment, but the office was closed. We will re-deliver on the next business day.” This is not accurate because no delivery attempt was made at all. Please investigate this matter and ensure that the tracking information reflects what actually happened.

Perhaps it would to have contact with the driver as he nears the destination.Twice they claimed to attempt to deliver my package, I was home awaiting the package both times at the time they claimed to be here

Tracking is uninformative, theres no references as to where I can find my package, customer hotlines are unavailable, delivery messages is not helpful, location of my package is unknown.
