Im writing this out of frustration in all of your riders. They are so incompetent, lazy and unprofessional. This is the 4th time that this rider has failed me. No calls and text and yet wrongly tagged unsuccesful delivery on all of my parcels whenever hes the one whos going to deliver it. My question is, does your company did not know this? You’re just hiring anyone who is not committed to his work? I have reported this many times but no progress. If you see this message please do something.

Nakakainis yong delivery rider. Di man lang niya sinabihan yong school guard na tawagin ako. Di ko agad nasagot yong tawag niya kasi may klase pa ako. Wala man lang siyang innitiative. Kailangan ko pa naman yong item na yon. Nag attempt akong itext at tawagan siya, wala man lang reply sa text. Medyo nakakadis appoint
