I need my documents right now but until now my package documents I can't get it ,why July 11 my package from Malaysia july11 is dispatch here in Philippines but until now I get it ,now Is July 17 the documents is needed right now todayyyy this is emergency documents right now ,but no one can answer my email or call. Please answer my concerned thank you , I hope you understand

I hope this company or agency is fast because I wait for how many days to get my package and this is so important documents but this agency or branch is so slowly and I call this branches for concerned, I do 5 calls and one answered call, what's the hll, hopefully you understand this problem, 11 days dispatch here in Philippines but july11 is dispatch here but until now July 17 I can't get my documents.

I may suggest that the delivery courier or rider may contact the recipient during delivery. Delivery attempt uncessful? How? We didnt saw a rider in front of our door or gate who attempted to deliver the parcel. We ddnt recieved any calls from the rider.
