The courier should call and not just rely on the address so that if he doesnt know where to go i cld just pick up my parcel

poor, can't trace my tracking parcel delivery by using this philtracking.com. My parcel had not delivered yet. This was supposed to be delivered yesterday but no rider was assigned to deliver my parcel.
