3 days na ang order sa hub. Already tried contacting customer service to no avail. Walang satisfactory na sagot. Anong gagawing ko sa 50 pesos na voucher? Ung order ko ang kailangan ko. Pico hub, disappointing! Dapat hnd automatic na SPX ang magdedeliver if hnd maayos ang system nyo!

Bastos ung mataba na tomboy n delivery rider nyo dito sa villaverde. Bastos n nga tamad.pa, madami n kami experience jan s rider n yan. Pati mga kamaganak nmin dito yun din reklamo sa kanya. Palaging nakasimangot n parang anlaki ng kasalanan nmin s kanya kc umorder.kami s shopee. Kanina nakabusangot cya iniwan nya lng basta dito s bahay isang parcel hindi nman smin, ndi n nya kami hinintay at ibinaba ko lng nman saglit baby nmin s bed, para masabi sana n wala kami parcel. Pabalikin nyo cya dito at kunin nya. Hindi nmin ito kargo.

The package has been sitting in the Silang Ninja Van warehouse since July 26th. We live close to Aguinaldo hwy in Balite 2 Silang and after numerous inquiries with Ninja chat we still do NOT have our package. We have even offered to pick up the package from your warehouse and supplied our phone number to Ninja Van. We have received no phone call or response regarding our offer to come and pick up the package. Pathetic customer service.
