I may suggest that the delivery courier or rider may contact the recipient during delivery. Delivery attempt uncessful? How? We didnt saw a rider in front of our door or gate who attempted to deliver the parcel. We ddnt recieved any calls from the rider.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Rejected Parcel Without My Consent Dear J&T Express Customer Service, Good day. I would like to formally report an issue regarding my recent order that was marked as "rejected by customer", which is not true and was done without my consent. I was actively waiting for my parcel, but the assigned courier failed to communicate responsibly. He only sent a message around 8:00 AM, and after that, I did not receive any follow-up messages or calls despite my attempts to contact him. This caused confusion and inconvenience on my part as I was ready to receive the item. To my disappointment, when I checked the tracking status, it showed that the parcel was rejected by me. I would like to clarify that I never rejected the item, and I was simply not contacted again by the courier. This kind of service is very frustrating and unacceptable. I hope you can investigate this matter and take appropriate action, as well as ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again. Thank you for your immediate attention.
