In some cirrcumstances, the rider must be called, now this day, the rider can't contact & now, I feel embarras becuase my parcel returning to the seller with out single call from the rider this day, naghihintay naman ako but buglang ibalik, nakita ko nalang sa delivery notification, maka irita talaha

Kindly include the name of the rider and their contact for us to be able to contact them. They will wait for 3rd attempt for them to delivered the item.

My parcel was never attempted to be delivered to me personally. It's so disappointing that when I checked its status using the tracking number, the parcel is already for return I contacted the number of the rider posted but they did not address the issue. They just told me that the rider was too lazy to deliver the item.

THEY DO NOT IMMEDIATELY UPDATE THE STATUS OF THE ITEMS THEY PICK FROM THE SELLER AND SLOWLY FOR DELIVER, 0.9 FOR THIS RATE
