ang bagal, until now wala pa rin yung package kahit nakalagay na today ang expected delivery. At walang other way para macontact ang delivery team. Yung customer service naman via phone di rin working, sesendan ka lang ng SMS ng link ng FB messenger nila, na di rin naman nagrereply.

The processing of my parcel has been extremely slow and frustrating. The issue (valuation/proof of purchase) is very straightforward and could have been resolved within a day or two, especially since I have already provided all the required documents. However, there has been no visible progress, and it seems that no actual action is being taken. Instead, I only receive generic, boilerplate responses that do not address the situation or provide a clear timeline. I hope the team can improve their responsiveness and efficiency, as this kind of delay and lack of concrete updates is very disappointing.

The handling of my parcel has been very disappointing. This type of process should only take one to two days at most, but it appears that no action is being taken. Instead, I am receiving generic, copy-paste responses that do not address the actual concern or provide any clear timeline. It honestly feels like the case is just being left unattended. This reflects poor efficiency and lack of proper follow-through. I expect better handling and more concrete updates moving forward.

They never deliver the parcel but in tracking my parcel they tell that attempt deliver but the recipient reschedule the delivery.
