I am waiting the whole day for my parcel to be delivered. I texted several messages on the rider but he doesn't deliver the parcel. Only to found out that he made a remarks on the app that I was not at the specified address.

This is my first time experiencing this trouble, I already instructed the rider to deliver it directly to the address provided and we agreed this because I called him for re scheduling, but I think the rider did not have initiative or whatever reasons to deliver my parcel that's why he remarks there as failed due to customer is unreachable. But I already experience this with same scenario, but the rider really finds ways to deliver my parcel. I did not check out any item which I will not pay for it. Thank you

The rider was very disrespectful. Sending message nga mka tandog og garbo and has the guts to say "ayaw na og order² ma'am kung wala kay pakabana" without knowing the reason ngano wala na tubag iyang tawag. When I opened my phone I saw missed calls, I called him pud diritso. But I noticed nga naa pud message and gi check nako, so mao to akong nabasa. MEAN KAAYU ANG RIDER.
