To: J&T Express Customer Service Subject: Complaint Regarding Rider's Unprofessional Behavior – Vernie Sunot Dear J&T Express Team Medina, Good day. I would like to formally file a complaint regarding one of your riders, Mr. Vernie Sunot, who handled a delivery on April 6, 2025, in Brgy. Santa Ines, Talisayan, Misamis Oriental. Due to an ongoing meeting at that time, I was unable to answer Mr. Sunot’s calls. However, I had already informed the people at the delivery location to let him know that I would send the payment via GCash once the parcel arrived. Unfortunately, GCash was not available on their end at that moment, which I understand caused some inconvenience. What concerns me deeply is the behavior and attitude displayed by your rider. According to my family, Mr. Sunot raised his voice, expressed anger, and even declared he would no longer return to our location for deliveries. I later texted him to apologize and explained the situation, making it clear that the item was a surprise for the children and not ordered by the people who received it. Instead of acknowledging my apology, Mr. Sunot responded in a rude manner, implying that I lacked consideration and stating that we should have paid through Shopee instead. He continued with unsolicited lectures, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. While I fully understand the stress that comes with delivery work, I believe no customer deserves to be spoken to in such a condescending tone. I have encountered other riders in similar situations who were respectful, patient, and professional—traits I expect from anyone representing your company. I hope your office can look into this matter and provide proper guidance or action to improve this rider's customer service approach. Respect and professionalism should be a standard in all transactions. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Adrin 953 438 3993 4/7/2025
