Subject: Complaint Regarding Rejected Parcel Without My Consent Dear J&T Express Customer Service, Good day. I would like to formally report an issue regarding my recent order that was marked as "rejected by customer", which is not true and was done without my consent. I was actively waiting for my parcel, but the assigned courier failed to communicate responsibly. He only sent a message around 8:00 AM, and after that, I did not receive any follow-up messages or calls despite my attempts to contact him. This caused confusion and inconvenience on my part as I was ready to receive the item. To my disappointment, when I checked the tracking status, it showed that the parcel was rejected by me. I would like to clarify that I never rejected the item, and I was simply not contacted again by the courier. This kind of service is very frustrating and unacceptable. However, when I tried to track the package using your online system, the result showed “No record found.” I am very concerned that I may have been scammed, and I am hoping for your immediate assistance.
