Your tracking is not updating in real time. I was expecting a package which contained plants last April 30. It was enroute to Tubod from Ozamis last April 29. But your tracking will not update daily. As a result, no update on April 30. No delivery. Today is May 1, a holiday and tomorrow is weekend. So chances are my plants will be delivered on my Monday? That 4 days! You could have delivered it ASAP. If those plants die, I will sue you for gross negligence. I emailed your customer service but did not get a reply. Your Chat messenger is worse. No option to chat with a live person.

My parcel did not delivered to me directly it only marked delivered in your website but I did not receive anything.
