Please make sure that you really deliver my item instead of updating in your website that the item was unsuccessful or tried to deliver but the person is not home or can't be contacted. but the truth is no one really comes to deliver the parcel.

The delivery is delayed by the rider. He was so rude. He did not attempt to deliver the parcel. He lied for the reasons. This is the worst carrier in Iligan City.
