Ninja van is many issue , because when the parcel is already in there warehouse and already Paid online, They are lazy to deliver or process, so my experience my Order arrived at their warehouse already but until now 1 week no updated ? 13-14daya my order still nothing!!

Way bill stated delivery date of May 20, 2026 to May 22, 2026, but it's already May 27 and the consignee didn't still receive the parcel, no update or feedback was received from LBC despite messaging them in this number 09988480299. I want to request that the parcel under waybill 181922911778 be returned to sender if it cannot be delivered today, May 27, 2026. Thank you.

very poor service. reports said no person in the house when driver not even nock or enter the property (or maybe not even in the area). Be honest with your delivery date. You are affecting people's trust and ruining their schedule and causing stress
