Customer service tel no is always not accessible. I also did a follow up on local post office but no update or no advise was given on how the parcel would be delivered faster No update on the status even with email follow up. It's more than a month on the parcel and still not delivered even if advised perishable. It would be better, if the website for the update on the status of the parcel is always updated and easily accesible.
