Arnel Polistico does not really delivering my parcel in my address. He just put "recipient uncontactable" even he does not contact me, or does not attempt to go at my home address. Please investigate this. He always say, "recipient is out of reach". Though, in reality am an always at home waiting for my parcel. Arnel Polistico is not doing his job. His wife is the one delivering the parcels instead. Two of my parcels last month have been returned, because he did not deliver it at home, in my address. He just put a comment that "recipient is out of reach". Arnel Polistico is a liar.

Arnel Polistico is not always delivering my parcel. He always say, Recipient is uncontactable. In reality he does not call or text or even goes to our house to deliver. I was banned in shoppee due to his negligence. Arnel Polistico is not doing his job. Instead he let his wife delivers the parcels. I am sad.

FRAUD. Original item already received yesterday but this order tracking number is somehow registered and had all the same personal details, same amount to be paid, but came from a different address. Kindly look into this because there is little to no reason that someone outside JnT could have gotten all the exact information of one order. kindly investigate this incident as it is a huge indication that there are foul plays inside J&T Express' Facilities.

Riders are just tagging the parcel delivered but didnt deliver the parcel, maybe they took the parcel and they dont fill up their contact details

I hope the rider texts before going to the parcel location because not all customers are bums and unemployed. I also hope if the rider was told to enter, he should have entered the street, not the customer who would have come out. What is it? I'm at work. I already put the HOUSE NUMBER, but it hasn't been done properly.

I suggest if it's time to deliver pleaseee text ahead before going to deliver the parcel because not all customer is a bum and stayed at home worker
