Late Delivery/Not delivered yet, no update from the rider/courier. (Parcel must arrived Apr. 20 and up to now it has not been delivered)

Their workers or rider can't even called as riders because we the customers who initiate to go to their location instead of them delivering our parcels. Also , the services they provide to the buyers are not so pleasant.

The J&T in Saguiaran is not doing their job properly. Despite providing clear delivery instructions, the rider refused to come to the door though I am the one who meet them at a distant location instead.

My parcel delivery got re-schedule without my knowledge or confirmation. The rider called me and ended the call without conversation. Then after that I received messages informing the I confirmed the changes of delivery time.

sana tatawag talaga sa costumer ung rider kapag idedeliver hindi yung di naman tumatawag kapag diniliver tapos itatag na na ilang beses na nag attempt eh isang beses palang naman tumawag at 1 day lang hindi 3x

They did not make any delivery attempt but in their tracking it was stated that they deliver but no one was present to accept. They did not provide contact number to talk to any LBC representative.
