Nobody called to deliver my package. When I checked the status, it says "incomplete address". I input the complete address, the same address I use with other companies and my parcels with other companies were delivered. Your rider is just lazy.

As a customer we expect the estimated date or week that you given, according to the deatils description, but sadly it is going in how many months. even it was not far in our place, please make what description said.

I had a problem/concern if your office could help me. The rider had shown proof of delivery last August 12,2025 of my parcel but did not call or text me. I did not receive my parcel. It was already paid. Hope your office could do something about this to track my parcel and be delivered to me. Thank you
