As a customer we expect the estimated date or week that you given, according to the deatils description, but sadly it is going in how many months. even it was not far in our place, please make what description said.

I had a problem/concern if your office could help me. The rider had shown proof of delivery last August 12,2025 of my parcel but did not call or text me. I did not receive my parcel. It was already paid. Hope your office could do something about this to track my parcel and be delivered to me. Thank you

the rider showed proof that he called me daw for 0 SECONDS in 4 TIMES but I didn't even receive a single call, how come???

poor delivery service. my parcel wasn't delivered, been waiting for 3days for it to be delivered and yet they claim it was an unsuccessful delivery so they're returning it back to the sender. ive been contacting the riders and they were not responding to me, i tried calling too and its not ringing.

The driver claims that he attempted to deliver my package, but he had never came in my house. No delivery rider went to my house. Now it says my package will be sent back to the seller.
