Expedite delivery specially with regards to documents ... It was sent last April 30, 2025 , as promise time maximum 2 weeks but until now it still pending .

*Flash Express Philippines: A Delivery Nightmare* I'm giving Flash Express a solid 1/5 stars, and that's being generous. Their service is a joke! I've had three failed delivery attempts, and my parcel is still nowhere to be found. The tracking details say "unable to contact," but the truth is, I didn't receive a single call or message from their team. What's even more frustrating is that I've already paid for the parcel, and I've been patient for far too long. When I called the assigned rider to ask about the delivery, they had the nerve to suggest that I pick up my parcel at their warehouse! Can you believe it? To make matters worse, I have another parcel on the way, and it's experiencing the same issues. The lack of communication and professionalism is staggering. I've raised a complaint, but of course, no response. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from Flash Express Philippines. Their service is unreliable, and their customer support is non-existent. I'm not sure what's going on behind the scenes, but it's clear that they need to revamp their entire system. *UPDATE:* I'll be exploring other courier options and sharing my terrible experience with friends and family to warn them about Flash Express's subpar service.

SANA PO, may mga contact po kayo sa bawat branch nyu sa bicol, or contact person na pwede i contact sa warehouse po., kasi po ung ibang documents is very needed din po, 6 days delay na po, wala pa sa tao ung pinadala.

ITEM DELIVERED IS A SCAM ITEM WORTH 750.00 -DID NOT ORDERED- OUTSIDE IN THE PACK LISTED AS ELECTRONICS BUT INSIDE WAS A TOOTHPASTE ONLY PACK TEN TIMES...MAY I ASK WHO SEND THIS TO YOU TO DELIVER IT TO ME? I WILL NEED IT TO TRACE THIS SCAMMERS, HOPE YOU WILL COORPARATE...MANY WERE VICTIMS ALREADY.
