Paunsa man na 1 attempt ibalik daun ninyo sa seller ang package. Pwd rmn unta keep lng sa ang item sa warehouse sa tagum kay basin na busy lng ang receiver. Wala bamo kabalo pila kantidad sa item unya gipaabot namo og weeks , paid before delivery unya ibalik ra ninyosa seller. Tamad kaau na inyong rider o bugok na inyong policy.

Paunsa man sa isa lang ka attempt ipa back to sender dayon sa inyong rider ang package, dili ba pwd na ipa butang lang sa sa warehouse for few days pwd raman unta pick upon. Kana inyo mga rider tapulan kaau. O wa na mao inyong policy. Paid before delivery na aqong package unya ibalik ra ninyo sa seller.

Bobo ang rider. Wala man lang text na may deliver sila. Tapos pag nag text ka di naman nasagot ng maayos.

Good day. I would like to report a rider regarding my delivery today. I politely informed the rider that I was at school for a performance and asked if I could receive the parcel later. However, the rider responded with disrespectful language, saying: “YAWA MOULI PAKOG OZAMIS.” Additionally, the rider cancelled the delivery on her own without my permission or agreement, even though I clearly explained my situation and still intended to receive the parcel. I also read Ninja Van’s delivery policy stating that if a customer misses a delivery, riders typically make up to three delivery attempts before returning the parcel to the sender. Because of this, I was surprised that the delivery was immediately cancelled. I understand that deliveries can be difficult, but I hope riders can communicate professionally and follow proper delivery procedures. I still hope to receive my parcel as soon as possible. Thank you. Also the rider's name is Renilda Apiag Aclo
