The delivery person is so rude, called me up and told me in harsh manner to meet them half way because our road is being repaired and I told her that she can take a walk like what just the other delivery does. And I overheard what she said to the driver that was delivered in a rude manner ' i deliver mo daw". I confronted the driver about the incident. Then after i was surprise to receive a call from the delivery person confronting me in a rude manner instead of being calm and apologetic. She also told why will she apologize? I am a regular customer of online shops for several years now and this is only the 1st time that I encountered such rudeness. Hoping for your immediate action on this. I believe that it is your goal to maintain the integrity of your company. Thank you so much!

Item was not received by the receiver but tagged as delivered/completed. No call or text attempts were made prior to delivery.
