Your delivery hub is nothing compared to JnT and Flash Express. Ang tagal niyo i-stock ang parcel sa warehouse niyo! Tapos pag naman pipick-upin, ayaw niyo ibigay. Pangit customer service.

The worst courier ever!!!! Last time the rider lied that receiver I not in the location when in fact I've been contacting him for many times to receive my parcel. Worst pina rts pa Ang package!!! Now I have another package Wala na nman rider nextweek pa daw ei and even if may tao Ang Bahay sinabi na nman na Wala! Sobrang sinungaling!!!! What kind of a courier kau?

Pick an honest rider, because what I experienced is far from what I've expected. So recently I ordered some clogs and I already payed for it through gcash. while I was expecting for my parcel to be delivered, the rider put my parcel as "delivered" even though I still didn't receive the parcel. MIND YOU HE NEVER EVEN SENT ME A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER EVEN TRIED TO CALL ME! I hope that you'll refund my money and fire these kind of dishonest employees. carrier is OCW jalil sindatuk guiwan.
