Delivery drivers won't attempt to deliver parcels the next day. They'll attempt to call 2-3 times, if not answered, they'll do RTS and they no longer take your call back unless warned to be reported to the main office

Do not accept parcels if you cannot deliver it. Too slow delivery. Parcels are on hold or pending for how many days. I don't know if you can deliver my parcel sooner or later. So disappointing. But still waiting for my parcel to deliver.

The package has been sitting in the Silang Ninja Van warehouse since July 26th. We live close to Aguinaldo hwy in Balite 2 Silang and after numerous inquiries with Ninja chat we still do NOT have our package. We have even offered to pick up the package from your warehouse and supplied our phone number to Ninja Van. We have received no phone call or response regarding our offer to come and pick up the package. Pathetic customer service.
