The seller shipped my parcel on January 22, with an expected delivery timeframe of January 22–25. As of today, I still have not received it. It has been 9 days, well beyond the promised delivery period. This delay is completely unacceptable. My time is valuable, and I should not be forced to wait this long for a service that was supposed to be delivered on time. J&T’s lack of urgency, poor service, and failure to provide clear updates have caused significant inconvenience. I expect immediate action, a clear explanation for this delay, and a definite delivery date. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this complaint further and take the necessary steps to protect my rights as a customer.

Wala nadeliver ang parcel sa among address ug wala pod klaro nga update. Mas maayo unta kung i-contact ang customer ug sakto ug detailed ang delivery information.

There was no attempt to deliver my package by the same rider that was assigned to it for 4 times. The driver Elieser Fernan, tagged my package as "problematic" and indicated as the reason for the non-delivery "change of delivery time". The J&T depot that sent the package confirmed that the proof of delivery submitted by the rider was invalid as it was just a picture of the package and not the attempt to deliver. The rider also did not contact me at an time nor attempted to deliver the package. I work from home so I am home all day and is impossible for me to miss a delivery. Please investigate this as I am afraid my package may have been lost/stolen.
