Improve and consideration for early delivery or the customer asking date for products delivery before the estimate date. It happened because the products was expect to be needed on that time. So the customer, put date to be needed , well, it would be better to add small additional charge for early delivery to be fair.

I am very dissappointed the driver was not response my message. I call him and we talked already that if he arrived in the right location he would call me but he didn’t and I foundout in tiktok to trace my parcel I was shocked because he cancel it. I am very sad for that because Its been 1week to wait. Please give sanction to this driver so that he will not do the same thing eith other people. I hope tou understand my side of being angry.
