My delivery failed I even didnt received any call or text that my parcel is out foe delivery they automatically tagged it failed TWICE! POOR DELIVERY SERVICE.

By morning they said the delivery will arrived anytime but until I waited but no ones delivering the item and they sais it will be redelivered. but its not. 😤😤 its been 3 months already.

it is very difficult to track or follow your parcel, there is no contact number.

It’s almost 4 days yet, haven’t received my parcel. The rider didn’t even hesitate to call me. I’m so disappointed

Very poor service’s. Til now I’m still waiting my parcel from securty bank manila. Supposed to be last day was the schedule of delivery. I’m tracking my parcel it was arrived at pagadian hub on April 20. I’m always trying to call their telephone number but no one answer. Honestly I’m very disappointed this courier.

Walang silbi ang delivery may parcel is tagged to be deliver within the day pero hanggang ngayun wla pa rin its already the 3rd time tagged to be deliver wala nman nagkukuntak na delivery. Paki-ayus nman po ng services nyo importanteng documents pa nman yun.

Poor Courier, no effort, poor service, poor management. I already input complete address with landmark still can't deliver my parcel. Not recommended. Also their contact center does not respond to my concern.
