If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Parcel has been in hub for 3 days and if I didn't download the app to "remind" the courier service, they wouldn't have picked it up. Unfortunately, when the parcel was on its way, the rider didn't even bother making an effort in contacting me for delivery, so it got sent back to the warehouse. I tried to contact their hotline but it's just two mobile phone numbers that are always busy. Don't get this as your courier, bad service overall.

"Parcel will be returned to sender because the delivery attempts were unsuccessful" - Parcel never reached delivery address, I had other orders that arrived the same day Flash Express texted to deliver. - Unable to contact rider - Flash Express customer service says they'll do something about it, but ended in "return to seller" - We're planning on getting the parcel at their warehouse now, they say it's allowed, but now it moved on a different warehouse, as it is still labelled "return to seller"
