If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Parcel has been in hub for 3 days and if I didn't download the app to "remind" the courier service, they wouldn't have picked it up. Unfortunately, when the parcel was on its way, the rider didn't even bother making an effort in contacting me for delivery, so it got sent back to the warehouse. I tried to contact their hotline but it's just two mobile phone numbers that are always busy. Don't get this as your courier, bad service overall.
