Very poor service. Contact number not reacheable or busy. Package arrives in their Mandaue branch Saturday, it is now Tuesday the following week and no movement or delivery notice. So far it has taken 7 days from Manila to Cebu, then sits for 4 days (and counting) in Mandaue, and I am still wiating to receive the package. Only recommendation here is to use a different courier!

I think I will not be mistaken if I assume that the owners of this company are scammers and slowpokes pursuing a thirst for profit. Accordingly, they recruit exactly the same scammers and idlers for employee role. My parcel came to their hub and was there without any movement for 8 days!!! Darn, 8 days!!! After that, some courier, slowpoke and offensive scammer, deigned to try to deliver the package, but said that he would not bring the package home and he needed to be met in other place. After he was told that the delivery was paid for and he was obliged to bring the package directly to the client's house, he said: “Yes,” but, like a foul rat, then immediately canceled the delivery for this day and indicated the reason: “The client asked to reschedule the delivery another day". In the end of story, that trash courier, after additional 2 weeks of doing nothing, during "out for delivery", deliberately cancelled the delivery and wrote allegedly "Customer is not reachable ". As a result, order was cancelled, money refunded, order went back to the seller. I'm shocked. Flash Express is the epic bottom. Lazada, Shopee, and other trading platforms, you dishonour and tarnish your own reputation when dealing with miserable trash like Flash Express, because the choice of such so-called "partners" for delivery is your personal responsibility. And recommendation for customers of online selling platforms that work with this BOTTOM. If you see that your order is shipping by Flash Express, in order to save your time, money and nerves, just demand through the support service of platform to cancel your delivery by Flash Express and send by another logistics company.
