Worst courier and they have dishonest driver. They called us and they told us they will deliver my item, so we wait that they even we are running late to come to a birthday event. Lo and behold the driver did not show up and they gave us a flase report to the delivery status failed saying they could not contact us where in the first place he called and I answered. I wonder why still one of biggest online shopping platform partnered this courier which such a dishonest service they have. Even their customer support ignore our complaints.
