PLEASE PO PANSININ NYO YUNG REVIEW KO. IM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH SHOPEE XPRESS. SHOPEE XPRESS DID THE THING JNT AND GOGOXPRESS WILL NOT DO TO ME. ISANG BESES IS OKAY PERO SECOND TIME? THAT IS RIDICULOUS AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! 2 of my parcel which is Shopee Xpress ang courier was never delivered to me, not once, not twice. I haven't received any text or call saying that my item will be deliver to me. Shopee Express service sucks, IMAGINE this happens to me twice. I'm in range when I checked my order coz it says it's on the way back, not because SHOPEE XPRESS offers lesser shipping fee may karapatan na kayong i cancel order namin. I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF SHOPEE XPRESS ITSELF BUT THE DELIVERY RIDER but please do check your employees. I know the rider kasi iisa lang naman ang nag dedeliver ng parcel na SHOPEE XPRESS sa address namin which is ARENA BLANCO, BATO-BATO Z.C. please do check my concerns. Thank you.
