Very annoying, postponed my meetings for a whole day. Without a text or call or even attempt to deliver, you declared that my address was "inaccessible". My residence is in front of a well used and paved road. To add insult to injury. I had separate package today from a different courier who was new to iligan. In the span of 3 calls, i was able to guide him to my area. Exercise diligence po, it is the nature of a courier service.

If only I can rate it 0 stars I would have. Grabe manila to iligan 17 days and I can’t even pick it up. J&T can do it in 4-5 bat ang hirap sa inyo. I since switched to Lazada gahil PI SPX nato.
